Software Download

Download the update file (LJ-X_head_*****.kud) from the KEYENCE website.

An SD card (CA-SD16G/CA-SD4G/CA-SD1G/OP-87133) is required to perform the update.
Be sure to use an SD card from KEYENCE.
如果一个SD卡from KEYENCE is not available, remove the SD card from the SD1 slot of the controller.
Using any other SD card may cause the update to fail and prevent the device from starting.

Copy the .kud file to the root folder (top level) of the SD card.

[CAUTION] Do not place more than one .kud file in the root folder.

[NOTE] The update can be performed even if other files (files with other extensions) are located in the root folder. The .upd file for the controller firmware update cannot be in root folder during the head update.

With the controller turned off, insert the SD card with the update file into the SD2 slot, and turn on the power.

When the update screen is displayed, click [Execute] and follow the on-screen instructions to perform the update.
