The Auto-Teach inspection tool will automatically learn what a good part is. There is no need to know all the NG conditions that exist or what vision tools to use to solve the application. Just simply train the tool on a batch of known good parts. The tool will learn the variations and individual differences that naturally exist in the batch of good parts. It will then reject any parts that do not fall into the statistical range of the good data.
